• This black iron nipple is available in either a black or galvanized finish and fully complies with the British standard BS EN 10242 BS143/1256 and BS EN 10226-2 (BS21/ISO 7-1) taper for both external and internal threads.

• End connections are available in threaded form to meet the standards of BSPT, which conforms to the BS:21 Taper thread, as well as NPT, which adheres to the ANSI B2.1 taper thread. The threading of these connections ensures their compatibility with respective specifications.

• During storage and application, the oil finish on the finishing black heart offers excellent rust protection.

• The maximum working pressure for malleable iron fittings is rated at PN25.
